New Live Zoom Classes Every Week
From children’s gymnastics, dance, fitness and movement with a weekly craft time to strength training, HIIT and yoga classes for you and the athletes in your home. Children,Teens and Adults can all benefit from these dynamic classes. Let’s get active together!
After a successful spring session on zoom we are back with favourite as well as brand new classes.
First week of our summer session (July 11-17) is FREE! Register to access any class, no payment until July 17th.
Pricing: Join any number of classes in the month for the price of one ($40/month). All for a low monthly fee. Family pricing: $40/month for the first family member, $15/month for the second family member, $5/month for the 3rd family member, with no additional charge for any additional family members.
Credits: Credits from March-June recreational classes may be partially applied for zoom classes – please contact us for details.
Register to your class (or classes) of choice to get access to the link. You will not be charged at the time of registration. Any discounts and credits will be applied by the office before payment is made. Participants must register to participate. Please register all family members who are participating in a class.
Gymnastics & Dance at Home
Choose from a selection of gymnastics and dance classes, and even fun crafts.
We offer two levels of classes. Our youngest participants warm up to a song, learn and practice basic shapes and skills, and top it off with a challenge and a word of the day. Our more advanced participants are challenged to the the next level, developing gymnastics skills, stretching and building strength.
Wear comfy clothes and have a water bottle near by. What else to prepare? 1-2 of your favourite stuffed animals, 3-4 tea towels (or small face towels), a rolling pin, and 2 soup cans. The older group may also use a yoga mat, a beach towel and a stable chair.
Co-Ed Beginners Dance & Movement
Move and groove to fun music selections. Let’s get our boogie on! This class is geared for ages 4 to 6.5.
Have you been inspired by tick tock dances?? Learn different dances and combinations in this fun filled high energy class. Challenge your friends and family and see who can keep up.
Fitness & Yoga
These classes are designed to fit a wide range of ages – from 10 year olds to adults. A good fit for any athlete who wants an extra opportunity to stay active and get an edge in their sport.
HIIT, Pyramid and Strength & Conditioning
Join along with our ASF elite team and follow one of the selected classes for that week. These high intensity interval training classes get your heart pumping and challenge your body in every way. Dynamic exercises with short periods of recovery for maximum muscle building and maximum burn with minimum time commitment. A great way for any athlete to stay in shape or to get an edge in their sport or for anyone who wants a quick workout with great results. Oh, and they are fun also!
These yoga classes will have something for everyone. Our unique flow classes will help build muscular strength and control. A blend of creative dynamic movements, body lengthening sequences and poses that all flow to challenge you and allow you to experience both exertion and release all in one class. An amazing class for athletes of all levels or even a beginner who wants to improve their strength, balance and range of motion.
Policies and Contact
- For safety reasons, all participants must be identifiable by name and have their video feed on. While we understand that some are not comfortable having the camera on while training, we can no longer accommodate that preference due to safety concerns.
- Please ensure that the space for training is free from furniture and items that might pose hazard.
- Long hair should be pulled back, just like it would at the gym. Participants should wear comfortable clothes for training that are form-fitting, to avoid tripping and injury.
